Øvre Slettheia is a neighboruhood in Kristiansand, Norway. It is a part of the Vågsbygd borough at Slettheia. Bus line M3 stops with Øvre Slettheia and continues to Vågsbygd church, Søm or Kvadraturen. Øvre Slettheia skole is an elementary school in the neighborhood. Øvre Slettheia consist mostly of apartments.[1]
