1st Avenue Mall is a branded shopping mall in George Town links to Komtar Tower and Prangin Mall. Opened in 2010 and has 2 anchor tenants (Parkson and TGV Cinemas). Street performances are always happening here.

Parkson

Parkson in 1st Avenue Mall is the newest Parkson department store in Penang Island and second newest in Penang. It also the second Parkson in Komtar area after Prangin Mall.

TGV Cinemas

TGV Cinemas is the only cinema in the mall and it is located on the 8th floor of the mall.
