The 470 Express Pierrefonds is an express bus route in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It is operated by the Société de transport de Montréal (STM). The route operates 7 days a week between the hours of 5 AM and 1:30 AM and is a wheelchair accessible route. It serves the boroughs of Pierrefonds-Roxboro and Dollard-des-Ormeaux. It has 23 stops in the eastbound direction and 18 stops in the westbound direction. It is also linked to Côte-Vertu Station of the Montreal Metro's orange line. It serves an average of 9,954 daily passengers during the week day weekday.[3] The fare is $3.25 cash (coins only) or an STM transit pass.
Schedule
This route started out in 2005 as a rush hour service only but has since become a very popular route with passengers living in the Pierrefonds-Roxboro. Due to the popularity of the route it is now part of the STM's 10 Minutes Max network, which means the routes is served by a bus at maxim intervals of 10 minutes or less between the hours of 6 AM and 9 PM during the week days, however during rush hour intervals are 8 minutes. On the week-end schedules are at intervals of 20 during the day and 30 minutes during the morning and late evening.
