The APM Group Ltd (APMG) is a global accreditation body which develops and delivers qualification schemes for knowledge-based workers. The company is based in the United Kingdom. APM Group operates worldwide, with offices in the UK, United States, Germany, Malaysia, India, Australia, China and the Netherlands. In 2012 APM Group was granted a Queen's Award for Enterprise in International Trade.

APM Group is accredited by the United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS)[1] against the EN45011 and ISO/IEC17024 standards for several accreditation schemes it delivers.

Project, Programme, Portfolio & Risk Management Qualifications

APM Group trades as APMG-International for its Examination Institute activities, which include the accreditation of training providers and the certification of examination candidates in PRINCE2, MSP, M_o_R, P3O, CHAMPS2, PMD Pro,[2] the PPM Certificate and Diploma, and Agile project management. It also creates, distributes and marks the exam papers.

IT Service Management Qualifications

The company operates the accreditation and certification schemes for ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and for Service Catalogue within the IT Service Management field.

Other Qualifications

Other qualification schemes delivered by the company include Agile Project Management, Finance for Non-Financial Managers, Change Management, OBASHI,[3] APMP[4] and Earned Value Management.

Consulting

APMG's accreditation activities also include the assessment and certification of consulting firms and the registration of consultants, enabling them to deliver organisational maturity assessment against the PRINCE2 Maturity Model and the P3M3 Maturity Model.
