Acronicta cinerea is a moth of the Noctuidae family. It is found from northern Germany, Poland, Slovakia, the Czech Republic, the Baltic, southern Finland, Belarus, Ukraine, western Russia up to Uralsk and Guberli.
Some authors consider Acronicta cinerea a synonym of Acronicta euphorbiae
