Adam Zreľák (born 5 May 1994) is a Slovak football forward who currently plays for FK Jablonec.

MFK Ružomberok

He made his professional debut for MFK Ružomberok senior side on 3 March 2013 in the Corgoň Liga match against FK Senica.

In January 2014, Zreľák was on a trial with Russian Premier League side CSKA Moscow.[1]

International career

Zreľák represented various youth Slovak teams, and scored for the Slovakia in a friendly 3-1 win over Georgia on May 27, 2016.[2]
