Overview
Hailing from Hungary, the Idoru band belongs to the alternative rock genre. Started in 2003 with Tibi and Big on guitar, Matt on bass and Ádám on drums, the band made a modest start playing mostly for the local crowd. With time followed more shows and soon they appeared in foreign countries too.[2]
It was while performing in a live show on a New Year's Eve, their EP, After the Storm, made it big and they shot to instant popularity. In 2004, they recorded their debut albums Brand New Way and Brand New Situation. The Idoru band has proved its popularity from Budapest to Tokyo with just two of their albums and are rated very promising in the years to come.[2]
