Ahmad Hussein Adl
Ahmad Hussein Adl (1889–1962) was the minister of agriculture for several periods in the Ahmad Qavam, Ebrahim Hakimi, and Ebrahim Hakimi governments. He was born to Mirza Masoud Khan Adl-olmolk, a feudal from Tabriz. He traveled to France and studied agriculture there.[1] After returning to Iran he established the first Iranian agriculture school in Karaj in 1922. This school later is merged with the University of Tehran.[2] Adl died in Tehran in 1962.
