Alan Jinkinson
Alan Raymond Jinkinson (born 27 February 1935[1] in Sheffield, Yorkshire) was the General Secretary of UNISON from 1993 to 1996, and previously the General Secretary of NALGO (National and Local Government Officers' Association) from 1990.[2]
