Ali Ashkannejad (Persian: علی اشکان نژاد; July 11, 1982) is an Iranian writer and director. He got his BA in religion and mythology and his MA in western philosophy. His first book, ′′The Day After an Arduous Day′′ was an illustrated short story in English and was published by Supreme Century in 2013. In 2015 he had his first Persian illustrated short story, ″Mrs. Amaechi's Pregnancy″ published by Mianeh. As a director, he released his first music video, ′′Horizontale Abtastung′′ in 2016.
