Allison Aubrey
Allison Aubrey is an NPR correspondent, covering food and nutrition, and a James Beard Award winner.
Aubrey's work appears on NPR programs Morning Edition and All Things Considered. She also hosts NPR's video series Tiny Desk Kitchen.[1] At the 2016 James Beard Foundation Media Awards, Aubrey won the James Beard Award for Television Segment for a PBS NewsHour segment on food waste.[2] She was also a finalist for the foundation's Radio Show/Audio Webcast award that year[3] as well as in 2013.[4] In 2012, Aubrey and colleagues at NPR's food blog The Salt won the foundation's award for Best Food Blog.[1]
Aubrey has three children.[1]
