The Amazing World of Dr. Seuss Museum is a planned museum in Springfield, Massachusetts, United States that will be located in the William Pynchon Memorial Building, which until 2009 housed the Connecticut Valley Historical Museum. The museum is scheduled to open in 2017.[1][2][3][4]
Connecticut Valley Historical Museum
The Connecticut Valley Historical Museum offered exhibits detailing the history of the Pioneer Valley from 1636 up to the present. The building was closed for renovations in 2009, and its genealogy and history collection is currently being displayed in the Lyman and Merrie Wood Museum of Springfield History.
