Ambrose Nicholas Puttmann (September 9, 1880 to June 21, 1936) was a professional baseball pitcher. He played all or part of four seasons in Major League Baseball, from 1903 to 1906, with the New York Highlanders, and the St. Louis Cardinals. He threw left-handed. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and died in Jamaica, New York.
