Andrei Alekseyevich Chernyshov (Russian: Андрей Алексеевич Чернышов, born January 7, 1968 in Moscow) is an association football manager and former player. He is currently a manager of FK Spartak Subotica.

Chernyshov was in the winning squad of UEFA U-21 Championship 1990 and participated in Euro 92.
