Andrey Leonidovich Martynov (Russian: Андре́й Леони́дович Марты́нов; born 24 October 1945) is a Soviet and Russian film and theater actor.
Honours and awards
People's Artist of Russia (1994).[1] Winner of USSR State Prize (1975), the State Prize of the RSFSR. Vasilyev brothers (1982) and the Lenin Komsomol Award (1974). Member of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union - CPSU since 1976.

Careers
Andrey Martynov was born in Ivanovo, Russian SFSR, Soviet Union. In 1970 he graduated from the Russian University of Theatre Arts - GITIS. Since 1970 he worked as an actor of the Moscow Youth Theatre, 1972 Martynov becomes an actor of the Moscow Drama Theater on Malaya Bronnaya.
In the film - from 1972, the first is the role of elders Fedot Vaskov in the film Stanislav Rostotsky The Dawns Here Are Quiet brought him nationwide acclaim. Since 1981, Andrei Martynov was an actor at the Gorky Film Studio.
Personal life
He was married to a German Francisca Thun. He has a son, Alexander, and three grandchildren, who live in Germany.
