Anoploscelus is a genus of spiders in the family Theraphosidae (tarantulas). It is native to East Africa.[1]
Taxonomy
The genus Anoploscelus was erected by Reginald Innes Pocock in 1897 for the species Anoploscelus celeripes, based on a single male collected from near Lake Tanganyika in modern day Tanzania.[1][2]
