Anthene phoenicis, the Karsch's ciliate blue, is a butterfly in the Lycaenidae family. It is found in eastern Senegal, Sierra Leone, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Ghana, Togo, southern Nigeria and Cameroon.[2] The habitat consists of forests.
