The Aowin District is a district of Ghana in the Western Region.
It shares common boundaries with Wassa Amenfi, Jomoro, Sefewi-Wiawso and Juabeso-Bia Districts. It is bordered by La Cote de voire to the west. The district capital is Enchi. The two main rivers are Tano and Bia and along with numerous tributaries are perennials which drain the district all the year round.[1]
