Arben Ristani (born 29 March 1969, Tirana) used to be known as the head of the Central Election Commission of Albania while now he is just a member of Democratic Party of Albania.[1][3]
Ristani was first nominated by the Republican Party of Albania, while as head of KQZ he was promoted by Democratic Party of Albania.[1] Ristani speaks English, French .[3]
