Artists View Park West is an unincorporated community in Alberta, Canada within Rocky View County that is recognized as a designated place by Statistics Canada.[1] It is located on the north side of Highway 563 (Old Banff Coach Road), 0.8 km (0.50 mi) south of Highway 1. It is adjacent to the City of Calgary to the northeast.

Demographics

As a designated place in the 2011 Census, Artists View Park West had a population of 77 living in 30 of its 32 total dwellings, a 10% change from its 2006 population of 70. With a land area of 0.48 km2 (0.19 sq mi), it had a population density of 160.4/km2 (415/sq mi) in 2011.[2]

As of the 2006 Census of Canada, Artists View Park West had a total population of 70 living in 26 dwellings. With a land area of 0.48 km2 (0.19 sq mi), it had a population density of 146.8/km2 (380/sq mi).[1]
