Artitropa milleri is a butterfly in the Hesperiidae family. It is found in Uganda, Tanzania, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Zambia and Kenya.[2]
The larvae feed on Dracaena usambarensis, Dracaena laxissima and Dracaena mannii.
