As Jy Sing (film)
As Jy Sing is an Afrikaans movie released in South Africa on 12 November 2013. The lead roles were played by Bobby van Jaarsveld and Leah van Niekerk. The film did well at the box office and earned 7% in its opening week that the previous year's hit film, Semi-soet.[1]

Plot
Mr. Conradie is a conventional music teacher who lives for his song group, the bekfluitjies (Eng: mouth organs). The bekfluitjies represent the rejects of their sport-mad school. Circumstances force them to fight for what they believe in - their music - because when they sing, life makes more sense!
