Ashwin Choksi

Ashwin Choksi is an Indian entrepreneur, promoter and non executive vice chairman of Asian Paints, India’s largest paint company. Ashwin is among the top 100 richest Indians [1] and Forbes global billionaires.[2]

Early life

Ashwin was born in 1944 in Mumbai. His father Chimanlal Choksi was one of the co founder of Asian paints. Ashwin completed his Masters in Commerce from Sydenham College , Mumbai.[3]

Ashwin joined his family business Asian Paints in 1965.

Associations

Ashwin served as Director, Managing Director, Executive Chairman of Asian Paint[4] and Non Executive Director of Berger International.[5]

Family

Ashwin is married and has two children. They live in Mumbai India.
