BRT is a bus rapid transit system in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. As of 2014, the system consists of two operating lines, TransCarioca and TransOeste.^[1] Three further lines, TransLight (em português), TransOlimpica and TransBrasil are in planning or under construction.
