Balbir Singh Pama

Balbir Singh Pama is a serving Lieutenant General in the Indian Army and Chief of Staff of Northern Command.[1][2][3] He is also the author of the book Paradigm Shift of Training in the Army: Including Joint Training. He belongs to Saini community of Punjab.[4]
