Barehsar (Persian: بره سر, deilami: barasar)[1] is a city in and the capital of Khorgam District, in Rudbar County, Gilan Province, northern Iran.
It is located in the Alborz (Elburz) mountain range.
At the 2006 census, its population was 1605, in 700 families.[2]
