Barristers' Association of Bangladesh

Barristers’ Association of Bangladesh (BAB), established in 1960s, is a non-profit making organization in Bangladesh. All Barristers who have been called to the Bar of England and Wales can be the members of this association.

Vision and Mission

The BAB has been working for the development of legal profession, and enactment of suitable legislation in the country. Moreover, the BAB is the tryst of barrister of all generation.[1] 'Always for Justice' is the slogan of BAB.

Member

Currently the association has around 550 lawyers and jurists who are serving in the private and public sectors of Bangladesh.

Organizational Structure

There is an Executive Committee for smooth running its operational activities. Mr. Ajmalul Hossain QC is the President.
