BelMarket (БелМаркет) is a chain of supermarkets in Belarus. It is the first national food chain in that country.[2]
BelMarket was started as a project by Russian companies X5 Retail Group and A1 in 2007. BelMarket store formats are based on the store format of Russian retail chain Perekryostok.
BelMarket stores have a green theme. BelMarket mostly acquires or rents in residential blocks.
Most stores have a pharmacy, ATM and meats stall on premises.
