Bharya Bhartala Bhagotham (English: Wife & Husband's Drama) is a 1988 Telugu comedy film, produced by Maripalli Mahiratnam Gupta, Yamsaani Prakash Gupta on Gangotri Pictures banner and directed by Mahesh Kumar.[3] Starring Rajendra Prasad, Chandra Mohan, Ashwini, Jeevitha Rajashekar in the lead roles and music composed by Krishna-Chakra.[4]
Plot
Dr. Ganapathi (Chandra Mohan) & Advocate Bhagothula Subramanyam alias Basu are close friends. Ganapathi falls in love with Arundhathi (Jeevitha Rajashekar) and Basu falls in love with Seetha (Ashwini) and they get married. Basu takes care of Arundhathi as his own sister similarly Ganapathi also. Once Basu observes that Ganapathi has become drunken when Basu questions him he replay's that his wife Arundhati is having an illegal affair with someone, but Basu says he will not believe unless until he witnesses with his eyes. From there onwards he follows Arundhathi like a shadow, in that process, he meets with an accident and the driver of the taxi in which he is traveling is seriously injured. The taxi driver Babji (Sudhakar) asks Basu a favor, to keep his lonely child with him until he recovers. When Basu reaches Babji's house to peak up his child a shocking incident, he sees marriage photo of Babji & his wife Seetha, their arises misunderstandings between them also. Rest of the story is whether the two couples comes out from these conflicts.
