Blake Barnett is an American football quarterback. He previously played college football for the Alabama Crimson Tide.
Early years
Barnett attended Santiago High School in Corona, California. He was rated as a five-star recruit and was ranked among the top players in his class.[1][2] He committed to the University of Alabama to play college football.[3]
College career
Barnett redshirted his first year at Alabama in 2015. Barnett entered his redshirt freshman season in 2016 as Alabama's starting quarterback, but eventually lost the starting job to true freshman Jalen Hurts. [4][5]
On September 29, 2016, Blake Barnett announced he would transfer from the Alabama Crimson Tide football team. [6]
