BlueWave Communications is a communications service provider located in the Isle of Man. It was founded in 2007 by Stuart Baggs[2] and provides communications services to both businesses and consumers. Following Baggs’ death in 2015 the company was purchased by Leeds-based aql.[3] aql CEO Dr. Adam Beaumont was a close friend of Baggs.[4]
Upon acquiring BlueWave, a discretionary memorial fund via was established in Baggs' name by Beaumont, via investment company NorthInvest, in order to provide funds to entrepreneurs under the age of 27, Baggs' age when he died.
