BookCab is a car rental aggregator service based out of Bengaluru, Karnataka. It was started in 2011 with metro cities. Its other services include local cab rides and airport ferry.[2] In April 2015, BookCab started its services in Tier-II and Tier-III cities across the country including Haridwar, Ujjain, Rishikesh, Ooty, Panipat, Meerut, and Ambala. The company is operating in 120 cities with 8,000 vehicles.[3]
Funding
The company raised an Angel round of Rs 65 lakh in 2013 from Anil Sivadas of Enventure Technology Service and Shravan Gupta, managing director of Travel Tours.[4]
