This is a Korean name; the family name is Byun.
Byun Ho-young (born October 19, 1945) is former South Korean football player. He played for the South Korean national team as well as Hong Kong side Seiko SA. He continued to live in Hong Kong, and became the president of the South Korean expatriates' association in Hong Kong.[1]
