CAPP Records Inc. is an American record label and sync licensing company based in the San Francisco Bay Area of California which was founded in 1995 by Dominique C. Toulon & Marc J. Oshry.

In February 2014, the label launched CAPP Jingles which is a one-stop in-house production division of the company for licensing music to television & film trailers, video games and advertisers.

In January 2014, the parent company launched CAPP Classics which is a premium one-stop boutique music library featuring all original & authentic recordings dating from the 2000s all the way back to the early 1920s.

In January 2013, CAPP Records launched CAPP Sync, a new division of the company which specializes in licensing its own catalog of music to television, film, video games and advertisers.

In February 2009, CAPP Records incorporated had been formed.

In June 2009, CAPP Company, parent of dance record label CAPP Records formally launched two new Internet-based radio stations, iDanceRadio.fm and iDanceTechno.fm, coinciding with their inclusion in the Apple iTunes Radio listings, included with every copy of the iTunes software.

In September 2007, the label opened the first-of-its-kind digital music distribution store in Second Life, an expanding online 3D virtual world. The CAPP Records Virtual Store enables customers to sample CAPP releases inside the virtual world, make music purchases using game currency, then download the music purchased through a conventional web browser for use outside of Second Life.

Throughout the 2000s CAPP Records was one of the prominent Top-5 US independent EDM labels releasing commercial dance hits and compilations. A full production importer/exporter of Electro House, Hands-Up Techno, Jumpstyle, Trance & Hardstyle releasing commercial dance hits and compilations.

The label led the industry with innovative and worldwide music distribution, reflecting the radical changes in music distribution brought about with the digital age - with conventional retail CD products, legal digital downloads through dozens of online stores, streaming, and now moving distribution even into the virtual realm.
