Chandrakant Bacchu Patil is a second[2] term member of the Maharashtra Legislative Council[3] of the Indian state of Maharashtra. He belongs to the Bharatiya Janta Party. He is a Cabinet Minister in the state's government.[4] Patil represents the graduate constituency from Pune Division, to which belong the districts of Pune, Satara, Sangli, Kolhapur and Solapur.[2] Patil is the son of a mill worker.[4]
