Chhutmalpur (Hindi: छुटमळपुर) is a Highway Town in Saharanpur district in the state of Harit Pradesh, India.It is situated on NH 307 connecting Saharanpur, Roorkee, Haridwar, Dehradun, Rishikesh and NH 58 towards Delhi.
Demographics
As of 2011 India census,[1] Chhutmalpur had a population of 10,300. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Chhutmalpur has an average literacy rate of 66%, higher than the national average of 59.5%; with male literacy of 72% and female literacy of 60%. 17% of the population is under 6 years of age.
