Code Fellows is an American software development school.
History
Code Fellows was founded in Seattle in 2013. The Chairman of Code Fellows is Andy Sack,[1] who co-founded the school with Will Little and Brad Bouse. The CEO is Dave Parker.[2][3] In 2016 the company committed $5 million in scholarships to the Tech Opportunity Fund.[4]
Programs
Code Fellows is a coding school[5] with day workshops[6] and multi-week full-time and part-time courses that teach students computer programming.[1] Full-time courses require forty or more hours of classroom and lab time per week. [3] All courses cover software development, computer science concepts, and other related subjects. [7] Code Fellows was the first coding bootcamp in Washington State to be approved to accept the GI Bill.[8]
