About DXXA-TV
- In 1989, DXXA-TV (GMA 10 Surigao) was launched as part of GMA Radio-Television Arts (then Rainbow Satellite Network until April 1992) after Tower of Power was completed in October 1988 and opened on November 7 before the inauguration by then-President Corazon Aquino followed by a grand TV special. It is one of the few remaining channels transmitting from GMA Channel 7 in Manila alongside GMA Northern Mindanao.
