David Kahaner

David Kahaner is the founder of the Asian Technology Information Program (ATIP).[1]

In 1992 he published a report titled "Kahaner Report on Supercomputer in Japan"[2] which had an immense amount of data and was used as a source for compiling the TOP500 supercomputing list.[2]
