Deep Web Technologies is a software company that specializes in mining the Deep Web — the part of the Internet that is not directly searchable through ordinary web search engines.[1] The company produces a proprietary software platform "Explorit" for such searches. It also produces the federated search engine ScienceResearch.com, which provides free federated public searching of a large number of databases, and is also produced in specialized versions, Biznar for business research, Mednar for medical research, and customized versions for individual clients.[2]
