Delta Corp Limited previously known as Arrow Webtex Ltd. is an Indian real estate, gaming and hospitality corporation that owns and operates over 8 casinos and hotels under several brands. The company was founded as Creole Holdings Company Pvt Ltd on 5 November 1990. Delta Corp is the largest and only gaming and hospitality industry in India. Delta Corp is a public company listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and National Stock Exchange of India Limited (NSE). It runs major of the casinos on the offshore of Panaji, Goa. It is the largest gaming company in India with a revenue of ₹INR 2.39 billion (2016).[2][3] The company operates casinos in three Indian states; Goa, Daman and Sikkim.
History
Delta Corp Limited was incorporated as a privately held company under the name Creole Holdings Company Pvt Ltd on 5 November 1990. The company became a deemed public limited company due to the acquisition of shares by Finolex group and name was changed to Creole Holdings Company Ltd on June 2, 1992. During the year 2003-04, the Finolex Cables Ltd divested their shareholding in the company and thus the company ceased to be a subsidiary of Finolex Cables Ltd. In September 25, 2003, the company was converted into a private limited company.[4] In 2007, the company changed its name from Creole Holdings Company Pvt. Ltd. to Arrow Webtex Ltd. In 2008, once again the company changed its name to Delta Corp Limited which is currently used.[5]

Delta Corp also holds a joint venture with Reliance Industries Limited and develops real estate in Kenya under the name of Delta Corp East Africa Limited (DCEAL).[6]
Entertainment and gaming
On 1 December 2015, Delta Corp Limited the company announced that it had been granted license to operate Casino at its Deltin suite in Goa.[7] On 6 April 2016, Government of Goa extended the company's offshore casino license to operate casinos on the Mandovi River until 31 March 2017.[8] Deltin owns three offshore casinos in Goa, making it a dominant player in Goa. It also owns a number of casinos namely Deltin Royale, Deltin JAQK, Deltin Caravela and Deltin Suites in Goa. In March 2014, the company launched THE DELTIN a INR 400 crore property which is India's largest integrated casino resort in Daman. Since these casino gaming vessels are anchored on Mandovi River in Goa, Delta Corp has acquired four jetties namely, Betim, Reis Magos, Barcolento as well as six feeder boats in order to ferry its customers from the main land to the offshore casinos.[9] In July 2016, the company acquired temporary license to operate casinos in Gangtok, Sikkim.[10]

- The Deltin, Daman
The company also owns 35% equity share in Advani Hotels & Resorts India Limited however is not operated or controlled by Delta Corp.
