Dhanushadham is a municipality in Danusha District in the Janakpur Zone of south-eastern Nepal. The municipality was established on 18 May 2014 by merging the existing Govindapur, Umprempur, Yagyabhumi, Dhanushadham village development committees (VDCs).[1][2] At the time of the 1991 Nepal census it had a population of 6,450 persons living in 1,267 individual households.[3]
