The dusky-faced tanager (Mitrospingus cassinii) is a species of bird formerly in the family Thraupidae.
It is found in Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Panama, and Venezuela. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and heavily degraded former forest.
