East Anglia Medieval Fayre
The East Anglia Medieval Fayre is an annual British medieval reenactment held during a single weekend.
The fayre was originally staged near Bury St Edmunds, East Anglia in July 2005, and featured jousting, birds of prey, a medieval market, two (semi-contact) battle reenactments and a full-contact tournament and combat display by the Lancasters Armourie display group. In 2008 the Fayre moved to Cressing Temple, near Braintree, Essex. For 2009 it will be staged at the Skylark Showground, Wimblington, March, Cambridgeshire, over the weekend of 12 and 13 September.
