Elachista scitula is a moth of the Elachistidae family that is endemic to Victoria, Australia.[1]
The wingspan is 7 millimetres (0.28 in) for males and 6.8 millimetres (0.27 in) for females. The forewings of the males are metallic blue basally with shiny dark bronzy brown scales distally. Females have similar forewings but have three bluish white markings. The hindwings of both sexes are dark grey.
