Elcock's Brook is part of the Astwood Bank and Feckenham ward on the Redditch Borough Council. It is represented by the two Conservative Party Councillors Brandon Clayton and Michael Chalk.

Elcock's Brook is located to the West of the town of Redditch and of the small village of Callow Hill. It lies North-east to Cruise Hill and lies North-west to Ham Green and Feckenham. It lies South-west to Bentley and it lies South-east to the Redditch district of Webheath.
