Fabien Causeur (born June 16, 1987) is a French professional basketball player for Brose Baskets of the Basketball Bundesliga (BBL). Standing at 6 ft 4 in (1.93 m), he plays at the shooting guard position.
Professional career
Causeur has played in the French League since 2005. He spent the first four years of his career with STB Le Havre. Le Havre finished fifth in the French League in the 2007–08 season; as a result Causeur played eight games with the team at the Eurocup 2008–09.
Causeur joined fellow French team Cholet Basket for the 2009–10 season.[1] He saw action in five games for the team at the Eurocup 2009–10.
On August 3, 2016, Causeur signed with Brose Bamberg of the German Basketball Bundesliga and the EuroLeague.[2]
International career
Causeur first played with the French national basketball team at the 2007 FIBA Europe Under-20 Championship.[3] He was called to the senior French team for the first time at the 2010 FIBA World Championship.
