Felix C Mutati (born January 29, 1959 is a Zambian politician representing the Movement for Multi-Party Democracy party.[1] He is currently the Minister of Finance appointed by President Lungu; he did not run for a Member of Parliament seat and received a nominated seat by the president.[2]
Previously Mutati served as Minister of Energy and Water Development from 2002 to 2004 under Levy Mwanawasa and Minister of Commerce, Trade and Industry from 2004 to 2011 under Rupiah Banda.[3]
