Fieldwire is a mobile collaboration platform [1] designed for construction foremen, superintendents, contractors, and engineers. The application allows field workers to access up-to-date information like drawings, files and tasks directly from the jobsite on their mobile device.
Company History
The San Francisco, California based startup company was founded in 2013 around a core team of construction and computer science engineers from Stanford, Berkeley and MIT. Fieldwire went through the startup incubator program AngelPad.[2][3] and is venture capital-backed by investors[4] such as Bloomberg Beta, Trinity Ventures, Formation 8, AngelPad and Brick & Mortar Ventures. The company serves clients on multiple continents and reports over 50,000 projects worldwide.

Fieldwire focuses on the effective collaboration of on-site workers around the following use cases:

Integrations
Fieldwire integrates with several popular productivity tools including Dropbox, Box and Google Drive. In July 2014, Fieldwire released an API to third-party developers and clients allowing them to develop integrations with any existing service.
Pricing
Fieldwire is free for small teams with unlimited projects and tasks. Fieldwire Premium plans (SaaS = Software as a Service) are paid versions of the product for larger teams and grant access to additional features.
