Filandari (Greek: Philandaris) is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Vibo Valentia in the Italian region Calabria, located about 60 kilometres (37 mi) southwest of Catanzaro and about 7 kilometres (4 mi) southwest of Vibo Valentia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 1,913 and an area of 18.5 square kilometres (7.1 sq mi).[1]
Filandari borders the following municipalities: Cessaniti, Jonadi, Mileto, Rombiolo, San Calogero, Vibo Valentia, Zungri.
